Proof, not streaks
Most habit apps have a number that goes up every day you show up and falls to zero the day you don't. It works, for a while. Then life happens: a long shift, a sick day, a week that falls apart. The number resets, and it's easy to feel like all of it is gone.
It isn't. The gym visits still happened. The practice still happened. A streak just has no way to say so.
Counting what you did
Senseiora doesn't keep streaks. Instead, everything you do becomes a small line of proof: “You went to the gym.” “You worked on barre chords for 40 minutes.” “You checked in honestly, even on a hard day.”
Proof doesn't reset. A missed Tuesday doesn't erase Monday. At the end of the month you can scroll back through everything you actually did, and it adds up to something you can believe.
A missed day doesn't erase the days you showed up.
Who you're becoming
That's why the app starts with a sentence instead of a goal: who you're becoming. “I'm someone who keeps the promises I make to myself.” Each line of proof is evidence for that sentence. Over time, the evidence is what makes it feel true.
When a day goes badly
Hard days are part of it. If yesterday was rough, Senseiora offers the small version of each goal, like a ten-minute walk instead of a full workout, and that counts as proof too. There's no red badge and no pile of reminders about what you missed.
The goal isn't a perfect record. It's to keep showing up as the person you mean to be, a little more often than not.
