For iPhone

Become who you mean to be.

Senseiora is a calm daily practice for turning who you want to be into what you do. Write who you're becoming, keep your why close, and collect proof every time you show up.

Coming soon to the App Store No accounts. No ads. Everything stays on your iPhone.
Senseiora's home screen: the identity statement “I'm someone who keeps the promises I make to myself” in a large serif, with this week's goals below.

Start from who you're becoming

Write one sentence about the person you're becoming, and why it matters to you. It sits on a soft sky that shifts with the time of day, and on your lock screen, so it's the first thing you see.

The morning ritual showing “Today, you're becoming” above the identity statement and the reason behind it.

On your lock screen

Widgets keep who you're becoming, this week's gym visits, and a recent moment of proof where you'll see them all day.

During a focus session, the timer sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a Finish button, so you can put the phone down and get to work.

Goals that fit your week

Describe a goal in your own words, like “gym four times a week, ideally mornings,” and Senseiora fills in the details for you to check. Log a visit in one tap, from the app, a notification, or Control Center.

Practicing toward something, like an open mic, a race, or an exam? Add the date and the parts to prepare. Senseiora shows which parts haven't had attention yet and where to start.

A guitar practice goal, three of five sessions this week, with the parts to prepare for an open mic night and which one hasn't been worked on yet.

Proof, not streaks

Every gym visit, practice session, and honest check-in becomes proof of who you're becoming. Nothing about what you missed. The day after a hard one, the small version of each goal counts.

A list of this week's proof, such as “You worked on barre chords for 40 minutes” and “You went to the gym.”

Your why, in your own voice

Record your why in your own voice. It only plays when you tap play. Set up a Shortcuts automation and get a quiet reminder of your why when your phone connects to your car.
